Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 7200 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is unconditional and cannot be applied selectively; if you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a registered user or visitor and 7200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version in effect.

The 7200 platform is open only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law, which is at least 18 years of age. If you are under the stipulated age limit, you are not permitted to use or register an account on this platform under any circumstances. 7200 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting the age requirement pending verification. The responsibility for complying with this age requirement rests entirely with the user and, in the case of minors, with the parent or guardian concerned. We take the protection of vulnerable groups seriously and provide a mechanism for reporting misuse through our support channels.

Section 2

Account Creation & Security

To make full use of the services offered by 7200, you are required to register a valid personal account by completing the registration form with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account; multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are advised not to share your login credentials with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account — whether carried out by you or by a third party as a result of your negligence — is entirely your responsibility. 7200 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 7200 support team immediately so that the appropriate security measures can be taken. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers; however, the security of your account also depends on your own personal security practices. You are advised to use a strong and unique password, enable two-factor authentication where available, and log out of your account after each session — especially on shared devices. 7200 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, hacking, or a breach of these terms. Personal information you provide during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible through this website.

Section 3

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 7200 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. You are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. You are also prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or undermine the platform's security systems, or from taking any action that could impair the performance or availability of the service for other users.

Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout any identity verification process that may be required from time to time. Any attempt to submit fraudulent documents or conceal one's true identity is a serious violation and will result in action being taken, including reporting to the relevant authorities. 7200 reserves the right to conduct background checks and identity verification before processing withdrawals or approving new accounts in accordance with legal compliance requirements. Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in the state or region where they are located, as online betting laws may vary by jurisdiction. We encourage all users to gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available through the Responsible Gaming us.

Specific Prohibitions

  • Opening or operating an account on behalf of another individual without written authorisation
  • Sharing or transferring account balances between users without 7200's approval
  • Exploiting any technical errors or system bugs for personal gain
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes without a written agreement from 7200
Section 4

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 7200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and processed through the secure, licensed payment channels we provide. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time; we recommend checking your account page or contacting our support team for the latest limit information. Successful deposits will in most cases be credited to your account immediately, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and technical factors beyond our control. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once your request has been approved and identity verification has been fully completed. 7200is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or network issues that are beyond our control.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is validly authorised for use. Using a bank account or card that is not in your name is prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation. Any bonus or promotion credited to your account is subject to separate bonus terms and conditions that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted; please refer to the Promotions for further details. 7200 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms pending the outcome of an investigation. Any taxes or fees associated with winnings or transactions are the sole responsibility of the user under applicable Malaysian tax law.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Local bank transfer (FPX) in MYR
  • Designated and licensed digital wallets in Malaysia
  • Additional payment methods to be announced from time to time
Section 5

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 7200 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of services. We make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical errors, server disruptions, or unplanned downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 7200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Users are reminded that betting activities carry real financial risk and that all betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.

7200 makes no guarantee that the outcome of any bet or game will achieve any particular level of profit. All games and bets are subject to elements of chance and randomness, and past performance does not guarantee future results. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information or content provided on our platform for the purpose of making betting decisions. This disclaimer does not affect any rights granted to users under existing Malaysian consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by law. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any applicable mandatory legislation, that legislation shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Section 6

Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

7200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity. In cases of suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email address and given an opportunity to provide an explanation within a specified timeframe, except in cases of clear fraud where immediate action is necessary. Any valid balance in an account closed for technical or administrative reasons will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, while balances in accounts closed due to fraud or a breach of these terms may be forfeited. Users who have been inactive for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactive account policy that could include maintenance fees or account closure. You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team through the channels provided.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, source code, and other materials on the 7200 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 7200 or its licensors and are protected by applicable Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without explicit written consent from 7200. Using 7200's trademarks or logos for any commercial or promotional purpose without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you share with 7200 through our communication channels may be used by us without any compensation to you. Users' right to use this platform is limited to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

From time to time, the 7200 platform may display links or references to third-party websites or services solely for user convenience; the presence of such links does not imply that 7200 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before using them, as they are outside our control. 7200 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion, and such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the effective date. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
